We follow a three-stage, best-in-class, tried & tested vetting process.
First round
In the first round, our Sourcing Experts find people from our internal talent pool, all major job sites, social media platforms, and other sources who are a good fit for the post on resume.
Second round
In the Second Stage, our Recruitment Professionals and Algorithmic Talent Match Specialists contact the candidates sourced to understand their preferences, identify if they pursue the required skills, understand their employment history, and match it to the current client to identify if they’re in a similar industry, understand the reason for venturing out to a new position, and determine if they’d be a fit for the job based on their responses.
Third round
The shortlisted candidates are subsequently forwarded to the Subject Matter Experts in the third round. The SMEs would assess their work experience, common characteristics in their employment history, reference checks, industry alignment and relevance, and communication and presentation skills. Our SMEs also go above and beyond to determine whether the applicants screened would fit into the client’s work culture and be devoted to the role.
